Description
for my brief period as nhs artist, this was my first cover idea for one of the covers for the issues 46-48 story arc.
if i remember correctly,it was considered "too evil".the characters are professor steamhead,terri and arnie.the bad guy's name is dorak.
i used more prismacolor markers.gosh...i'm always using markers. crayon's next.

So glad to have found you on this site! Of all the artists ever to "cover" NHS, I've always thought you were the best (in fact, after admiring your work in an NHS annual, I remember being stoked upon reading that you'd been tapped to work on the series). I love your expert application of line shading and fine tones in those issues, and your renditions of all the characters (Terri especially) were fantastic. Too bad this cover was ruled out, because I think it's my favorite of the run (in terms of composition AND relevance). Also, I just have to ask... could it be that Terri had a brief conversation with YOU in issue #46?
